Mission
As the Founder's Associate Intern, you'll work right alongside the founding team across finance, legal, ops, and special projects. You'll have a front-row seat to how an early-stage AI company operates and a very hands-on role in keeping things running and moving fast.
What you'll do
- Help us build the operational backbone behind our growth.
- Take on special projects, driving initiatives forward by coordinating stakeholders and keeping everything on track.
- Support with finance operations by maintaining reports, chasing invoices, and managing payment flow.
- Help the growth team close new customers.
- Help plan and execute internal and external events and keep the office running smoothly.
Who we're looking for
- You realize that the best strategies are built on a foundation of "doing."
- You are an early adopter who proactively experiments with AI and automation tools to streamline your workflow.
- You love solving problems and figuring things out on your own.
- You're a strong communicator in both English and German.
- You're done or at the end of university and could imagine starting full-time after the internship.
Where and how we work
- Berlin or Potsdam.
- Working language is English (German also welcome).
