Working Student Marketing & Community

Berlin/Potsdam · Starting immediately · 12-18h/week

About us

We automate legal, regulatory, and bureaucratic processes for companies, end-to-end, with AI. We're building autonomous legal-AI agents and consulting tools that rethink legal work from the ground up: fast, precise, accessible. With real customers in a market that's overdue for disruption.

What it's about

Run and grow our social and community from day one. Real ownership, real impact, real opportunities to build. LinkedIn natives welcome.

Your responsibilities

  • Own our social media day-to-day, with LinkedIn first. Plan the calendar, draft and ship posts, track what works.
  • Build the community around nu:legal: events, founder dinners, hackathons, webinars, and online formats.
  • Turn product launches, customer wins, and our take on legal and AI into content that travels.
  • Work with marketing on campaigns, the website, and PR. Write, edit, ship.
  • Engage with our audience: replies, DMs, comments. Be a real voice of the company.

Your profile

  • Enrolled student. For example law, business (BWL), business law, or communications. Other fields are welcome too: what matters is how you think and what you have built.
  • Active on LinkedIn and at least one other platform. You understand what makes a post land.
  • First practical experience through internships, student jobs, or a content or community project of your own.
  • Strong interest in Legal Tech, AI, and how brands win on social.
  • Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.

What we offer

  • Daily work on technology that pushes the boundary of what's possible.
  • Real responsibility from day one: your posts go live, your events ship, your numbers count.
  • Direct mentorship from experienced marketing and business leaders.
  • 12-18 hours per week.
  • Focused, international team with short decision paths.
  • Career option: on mutual interest, full-time hire after your studies is possible.
