Working Student Social Media Marketing (m/f/d)

Berlin/Potsdam · Starting immediately · 15-20h/week

About us

We automate legal, regulatory, and bureaucratic processes for companies, end-to-end, with AI. We're building autonomous legal-AI agents and consulting tools that rethink legal work from the ground up: fast, precise, accessible. With real customers in a market that's overdue for disruption.

What it's about

You own social and community from day one. Real responsibility, real impact, a real chance to build something. LinkedIn natives welcome.

Your responsibilities

From your first day you own social media and community. Real responsibility, real impact, a real chance to help build the company from the ground up.

  • Own our channels, LinkedIn first: content calendar, writing and shipping posts, measuring what worked.
  • Create the content yourself: posts, visuals, short-form video. Shoot it, cut it, ship it.
  • Drive our SEO: keyword and competitor analysis, technical audits, tracking in GSC and GA4, plus concrete optimisation proposals.
  • Turn product launches, customer wins, and our view on legal and AI into content that travels.
  • Work with marketing on campaigns, the website, and PR.
  • Be the voice in replies, comments, and DMs.

Your profile

  • Enrolled student in business, management, marketing, or law. Other subjects are welcome too, how you think and what you've already built matters more.
  • Based in Berlin or Potsdam, or close by.
  • Genuinely passionate about content. You have opinions about what's good and why.
  • You can make things, not just plan them: writing, video editing (Reels, Shorts, talking-head cuts), basic visuals.
  • You use AI tools daily to create content and speed up production, and you keep up as they change. A new tool drops, you've tried it that week.
  • Active on LinkedIn and at least one other platform. You know why a post works.
  • Structured, reliable, and self-directed.
  • Good German and English, at least C1/C2 or equivalent, written and spoken.

What we offer

  • 15-20 hours per week, hybrid in Berlin/Potsdam, roughly 2 to 3 days a week on-site. Fully remote is not possible for this role.
  • Real ownership from day one: your posts go live, your events happen, and your numbers count.
  • Small international team, short decision paths.
  • Full-time offer after graduation if it's a fit both ways.
